About WatchRSPN

WatchRSPN (watchrspn.com) is a sports network for Roblox football: live games, full replays, scores, schedules, standings, news and Pick'Ems. It is run by RSPN Media Group LLC, 915 Middle River Drive, Suite 517, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 ("WatchRSPN", "we" or "us"). WatchRSPN is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

Who can use WatchRSPN

Anyone can watch. To make an account you must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, read these terms with a parent or guardian.

Your account

Use an email address you can access, and keep your password to yourself.
An account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens on it.
Your username must follow the Community guidelines. We may reset a username that doesn't.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Using WatchRSPN fairly

Don't try to break, overload or get around the protections of the site, such as sign-in rate limits.
Don't create accounts automatically or in bulk.
Don't use WatchRSPN to break the law or someone else's rights.
If you find a security problem, tell us at support@watchrspn.com instead of exploiting it.

Streams, videos and other content

Games are streamed by WatchRSPN and by community broadcasters on Twitch and YouTube, and they play in those platforms' own players, so Twitch's and YouTube's terms also apply when you watch. Broadcasters are responsible for their own streams.

Live game pages also show the stream's Twitch or YouTube chat. That chat is run and moderated by Twitch or YouTube and the broadcaster, not by WatchRSPN, and what you post there follows their rules.

WatchRSPN's articles, graphics and site design belong to WatchRSPN. You are welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. League and team names and logos belong to their owners.

Broadcasters

This section is for broadcasters: people and groups who ask to stream games on WatchRSPN and are added by our team. When we add you and you stream on WatchRSPN, you accept this section and the broadcaster rules in the Community guidelines. If you are 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must agree to them too. We may accept or turn down any request to broadcast, or any stream, without giving a reason.

Your stream stays yours. You keep the rights to your streams, replays, name and logo. WatchRSPN keeps the rights to the site and to the WatchRSPN and RSPN names and logos, which you can't use without our permission.
What WatchRSPN can do with it. You let WatchRSPN, free of charge and for as long as you broadcast with us, show your streams and replays on WatchRSPN, make thumbnails and previews, feature them on the site, post clips and highlights on WatchRSPN and on WatchRSPN's social media, and use your name and logo to show who you are and to promote your streams and WatchRSPN.
Stream anywhere. Broadcasting on WatchRSPN isn't exclusive. You can stream the same game on your own channels at the same time. A stream is only exclusive to WatchRSPN if we both sign a separate agreement saying so.
Money. WatchRSPN keeps any revenue the site makes and doesn't pay broadcasters. What your own sponsors pay you, and what Twitch or YouTube pay you for your channel, stays yours.
Your responsibility. You must have the rights to everything in your stream, including music, graphics, overlays and footage, and everyone who appears or speaks on it must have agreed to be on WatchRSPN. If someone makes a claim against WatchRSPN because of your stream, or because you broke these terms, you are responsible for it and its costs. If you are under 18, so is your parent or guardian.
Removing streams. We may remove or hide any stream at any time, including in response to a copyright complaint, and we'll tell you on Discord or by email afterwards. You can ask us to take down any of your streams by emailing support@watchrspn.com, and we'll remove it from WatchRSPN within 7 days. Clips already posted on WatchRSPN's social media may stay up, and we may keep private backups.
Changes. When these rules change, we'll tell broadcasters on Discord or by email. If you keep streaming on WatchRSPN after that, you accept the change. If you don't, you can ask us to remove you and your streams at any time.

Scores, schedules and notifications

We work to keep scores, schedules and standings accurate and on time, but they can be late or wrong, and streams, reminders and notifications can fail. Don't rely on WatchRSPN where a mistake could cause you harm.

Pick'Ems

Pick'Ems is a free game for fun. There are no entry fees, no prizes and nothing of value to win, and it is not betting or gambling. Don't use WatchRSPN Pick'Ems to run a betting pool or to offer prizes of your own.

Picks lock when a game kicks off, and can't be changed after that.
Points and standings come from the final scores we record. When we correct a score, Pick'Ems points and ranks change to match.
If a game moves to another week or its matchup changes, its picks and tiebreaker guesses are cleared and you can pick it again. If a game is cancelled or taken out of Pick'Ems, its picks stop counting.
Leaderboards are public and list fans by username. When you share a week, anyone with the link can see its picks.

Pick'Ems groups

Anyone with a group's invite link can join it. Group names follow the Community guidelines, and we may rename or remove a group that doesn't.
A group's owner can remove members, reset the invite link and disband the group. A removed member can only rejoin with a new link.
If the owner leaves or deletes their account, the group passes to another member. A group with no members left is deleted.

Polls

Polls on WatchRSPN are for fun. Results show what voters picked, not an official ranking, and one vote per account counts.

Community guidelines

Our Community guidelines are part of these terms.

Suspending or deleting accounts

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or the Community guidelines, or that puts other people or the service at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Disclaimers and liability

WatchRSPN is free and is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, WatchRSPN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law says can't be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or your use of WatchRSPN will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any protection that the consumer laws where you live give you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders before it takes effect. Using WatchRSPN after that means you accept the new terms.
